Meet the Team
We recognize that all of our patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice. We are pleased to welcome you and your family, and we look forward to working with you.
I’ve been a hygienist with this practice for 26 years and I love getting to know our patients and working with them to improve and maintain optimal oral health. I take an integrated approach and emphasize the connection between a healthy mouth and a healthy body.
Outside of the office, I enjoy yoga, tai chi, kayaking, gardening and spending time with my husband, children and the sweetest granddaughters ever.
My work is multifaceted; dental cleanings, periodontal data gatherings, charting, x-rays, anesthetic, health screenings, and many more technical tasks to facilitate the patient towards achieving a healthy mouth. With long tenure, I have developed many special bonds with patients who have become a part of my circle of friends.
Away from work, my husband and I love to travel, hike, experiment with new recipes, shop at farmer's markets, garden and exercise.
The best part of my job is establishing relationships with our patients while helping them improve their oral health. I enjoy providing thorough care to the wonderful people that make their way to my chair. It’s important to me that patients are comfortable and have a positive dental experience at every visit. It makes me happy when patients leave smiling.
I am married and have 2 teenage sons. In my spare time I love being with family, going to my son's sporting events and spending a lot of time out on Lake Tapps.
I work side-by-side with our doctors in all procedures. This entails getting the room ready before a procedure, and then providing chairside assistance, helping the doctor and supporting the patient. It’s important that each person in our care know we’re here to help them by listening to their concerns. I’m always focused on a patient’s comfort, and will do all I can to make sure every visit is a wonderful, comfortable experience. It is a good feeling when a patient smiles and thanks me at the end.
I love spending time with my family. I am a proud grandmother of four grandchildren and love being with them. I also enjoy crafting, sewing, gardening, and decorating.
It’s a joy to help people find their smiles again. When someone has dental health problems, or is in pain, they don’t smile. Here, we make it possible for them to smile and laugh comfortably. I work closely with our doctors, as they tend to our patients. From seating a patient and preparing them for a dental procedure, to ensuring they are comfortable throughout the process, I’m always aware of their needs, and make sure they feel safe and relaxed while with us. It’s great when a patient who was a bit hesitant when they arrived is smiling at the end of their visit.
I currently live in the outskirts with my husband, Robert, and our three children. We have a little family farm, where we raise chickens, turkeys, and ducks.
I am the newest dental assistant in this office and I have been a dental assistant since 2005. I can say I have finally found my dental home! What sets South 288th Family Dentistry apart is the doctors and staff. We strive to make your dental experience the best. I am always amazed with the time each doctor spends one on one with their patient to fully understand each individual’s dental needs and concerns. The doctors skill to educate and find the best treatment plan for every patient is a decision made out of care and compassion. Here we treat everyone how we would want a family member to be treated.
Outside of being with my dental family, you can find me cheering on my daughter in Taekwondo and soccer. I am an avid crafter and enjoy exploring the PNW with family and friends.
I love helping our great patients gain healthy smiles. It’s a joy to work in a dental practice where everything we do is with an emphasis on patient care and individualized needs. We truly put our patients first in everything we do, and they thank us with their smiles. As the office manager, I oversee the administrative function of the practice and ensure our wonderful practice runs smoothly. I feel lucky to work with such a professional and compassionate administrative team.
I’m the proud mother of two delightful young men. They keep me very busy, like kids often do. In my free time, my fiance and I enjoy being with family, friends and the outdoors.
I strive to always be a positive part of each patient’s visits to our office. Whatever a patient needs, I do my best to help them, as do the rest of the team members. As the treatment coordinator, I talk with people about the recommendations made by the doctor and explain the treatment process. I answer patient questions about their insurance coverage and how to best utilize their benefits. I am cross trained on all front office duties and enjoy being part of a great office admistrative staff. Additionally, I am able to help support the back office with any needs they may have with my additional background as a dental assistant. I keep busy in our office being very much a utliity staff member in whatever way I can help accomodate our wonderful patients. Teamwork and patient care is synonymous in our practice.
I’m a proud wife and mother. The kids keep my husband and I quite busy and we love the incredible energy and laughter that makes up our home. When I’m not working, we love playing in the outdoors and enjoying our family life together.
I am usually the first person that our patients speak to when calling into our office. I work with the patients on everything from scheduling appointments to verifying insurance and anything else they may need. I am the only bilingual staff member in the office. I speak fluent Spanish and English. I am originally from El Salvador. I love getting to know the patients and their families on a personal level. Seeing the patients leave with a smile on their face after a great visit is the best part of the job. I enjoy the opportunity to work side by side with the other administrative ladies, and I love being able to learn new things every day that help me assist our patients better.
My husband and I live in the area with our cat Gracie. When away from work, we love spending time with family and friends
