Dr. Bret Jacobson
Dr. Bret Jacobson is a Federal Way native. After graduating from Federal Way High School, he continued his education at Western Washington University and received a BA in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He attended Northwestern Dental School in Chicago, Illinois where he met his wife Kathryn, who also practices in the same office with Dr. Jacobson.
In 2005 Dr. Jacobson was selected to be the beta tester for Cadent Inc., to help develop the iTero digital impression system. He has since published two articles on this emerging dental technology and uses it daily in his practice. (www.cadentitero.com)
In January 2009 and 2010, Dr. Jacobson was selected by his peers as a Top Denist in Seattle's Metropolitan Magazine
Dr. Jacobson continues to study Dentistry at the Kois Center in Seattle and is a mentor at the Pankey Institute in Florida (http://www.pankey.org), as well as with a local study club meeting monthly. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association and the Seattle Dental Association.
In his spare time, Dr. Jacobson enjoys playing golf, skiing, participating in triathalons, watching the Mariners and spending time with his wife, two children and two dogs.
Dr. Kathryn Pepe
Dr. Pepe grew up in Granada Hills, CA. She recieved her undergraduate degree in biology from Cal State Northridge. She attended Northwestern Dental School in Chicago, Illinois where she met her husband, Bret Jacobson.
Dr. Pepe has continued her education at the Pankey Institute in Florida (http://www.pankey.org) and the Kois Center in Seattle.
Dr. Pepe is a member of the ADA, WSDA, and SKCDA dental associations.
Dr. Pepe enjoys reading, exercising and spending time with her family.
Dr. Stephanie Stratil
Dr. Stephanie Stratil grew up in Phoenix, AZ and she recieved her dental degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. Prior to dental school, Dr. Stratil attended the University of Notre Dame where she received degrees in Preprofessional Studies and Anthropology.
In 2006, Dr. Stratil moved to Seattle to participate in a hospital-based General Dentistry Residency at the University of Washington. After her residency, Dr. Stratil joined Drs. Bret Jacobson and Kathryn Pepe at this Federal Way practice.
Dr. Stratil continually strives to enhance her dental knowledge through continuing education. She attends monthly meetings with a local study club, and she takes advanced courses at the Spear Institute for Dentistry.
Dr. Stratil enjoys being in Seattle and she and her husband love spending time outdoors. Her favorite activities include hiking, running, and skiing. She also enjoys cooking and entertaining friends.
